War for Edath gave you the rules for battles. War Unleashed gives you the core rules for the Edath Chronicles. War Unleashed takes the modular rules for movement and champions and provides you with a new gaming experience.

With the Battlefield rules, your battles will now be fought over a battlefield composed of several rows of Terrain Cards enabling you to enjoy the full tabletop battle experience and a limitless number of scenarios - many of which will be available for free to download.

With The Art of the Master rules, your champions can now influence the outcome of the battle more and can even turn the tide - where you lost a round, you can now win! 'The Art of the Master' rules are also the base for further Edath Chronicles games and are the rules for using characters in the games and bringing various skills into effect. The Art of War - the campaign rules - enable you to link all the various styles of battle game together in an ongoing war for a region of Edath.

With expansions the scope of The Art of War expands as all the Edath Chronicles games can be brought together to form an ongoing story of your adventures - on and off the battlefield - in Edath.

War Unleashed also contains background to the world of Edath - details on the world itself, its history, its species, its warring factions and the supernatural. Everything you read about Edath will find its way into the Edath Chronicles games - the species, the beasts, the terrain, the warring factions, the magic, the supernatural beings...everything.
